Are Local conservatory Leads confirmed?
Yes every lead has been qualified as having an interest in a conservatory. They have also released their details to our database to send on to registered suppliers in their local area. We are saving them doing the leg work of contacting local suppliers but only to a few limited traders (3 per area) this stops them being contacted by countless numbers of traders and gives you a better quality and chance of getting a sale.
What does it cost me?
To sign up and receive lead texts instantly costs you nothing. Once you have either used your free 5 lead credits it costs £10 per lead. There are no hidden or additional commissions.
How do I make payments?
With Local conservatory we have two payment methods Easy Pay and manual payments. Easy pay is designed for the busy company that does not want to keep topping up their account. A minimum level is set for your account (usually £50) and every time your account drops below that amount your nominated card is charged back at a one off fee of £50. This means that your account constantly in credit and you are left to get on with the business of buying and then contacting the lead. You are not charged unless you request a lead all texts to your mobile are free and part of the service.
The other alternative is to make a one off payment using any of the cards shown in the normal way. This way you control the level of credit in your account.
How do I receive Customer Details?
Once you have created your account you will be sent texts to your mobile phone informing you of leads in your nominated post code. Missed the text or to busy just check your emails. We send all leads to your email address so you have a second chance of purchasing the lead. In addition you can go online and select the 'buy leads online' option.
How do I get more leads??
One way of doing this is going back to the edit details screen and adding more areas to your account (to a max of four) If you would like to have more areas than four or UK wide coverage please email enquiries@localconservatory.co.uk Another option is to but leads online just click the buy online button and any leads that are available to you can be purchased from that screen.
What is lead vs. sales tracking?
This allows you to track your purchased leads and log the status that the lead is at in the sales process. Just change the status next to each lead to identify its status say "ring again" as the customer was not in. You can then search for all leads at the top of the page with a status of "ring again"enabling you quick and easily to find key details and saving you time.
How do I change my Mobile Number?
Simply go back to the edit details screen and enter your new mobile number press save and the changes will be made.
How do I change the counties that I want?
Again go to the edit details screen and select the country and the county and press save.
What if I have a problem who do I contact?
As local conservatory is a 24hr 7 day a week business we prefer you to use email. Our emails are monitored and we will get back to you ASAP..
Are my payments secure?
Yes all payments are taken via our nominated merchant account Paypal
